Circles (2023-2024)

As a fractional CMO marketer, I was brought to determine what we needed to build for Circles as a brand, as well as to build the foundational components of its B2B marketing division. This included brand strategy and marketing, setting up all marketing channels, a revised site, product marketing materials and a new global direction for Circles as a global tech company versus a consumer telco.

Illustrated book: Digital Transformation for Telcos
I wrote this 36 page book for the MWC conference in Jan 2024 for Circles, adapting principles from the work of Dr Brian Finn, Circles’ current senior advisor and former Chief Business Officer. Working with a renowned illustrator Anngee Neo, we created a book that would speak to digital transformation for telcos. In a format that was digestable, pocket sized and visual, this book attracted the attention of several large telcos and their C-level executives, and is currently being translated into multiple languages.

Who is Circles: The Circles Origin story:
Following in the footsteps of an illustrated book, I worked with an agency to create 2 animated videos speaking to the origin of Circles, what it’s done for its clients, and the future of what telco will become. Building upon nostalgia, we looked at connectivity as a whole — telling the story of communication and connection through various types of animation.
