Rainforest (2021-2022)
As VP of Brands at an e-commerce aggregator focused on Amazon seller businesses, I am in charge of overseeing the P and Ls for all 13 brands, in addition to being responsible for all things marketing, product development and Shopify. My key responsibilities also included identifying which brands had the most potential to become d2C and Poop like a Champion was one of them.
Rainforest — Poop like a Champion
Poop like a Champion (www.pooplikeachampion.com) was a brand that was purchased on Amazon. The founders wanted to build out brand structures for each of the brands acquired and along with my team, we created pricing structures, flavor profiles, merchandising opportunities, followed by brand values, design, creative and eventually a brand foundation for a select number of brands that had potential to grow into real brands with real products.
Brand Brief:
I wanted to create a safe space for people to speak freely about constipation challenges, help increase their fiber intake, and most of all, help them feel like champions after they’ve taken their morning poop. With that in mind, we created a character for each of our flavors. From a sassy grandma to a little girl who wants to grow up and be a mermaid princess, we think Poop like a Champion can make everyone feel in control, every morning.
